Returns & Exchanges
Every piece that leaves my studio is handmade just for you and tailored to your unique measurements. NUBE Lightwear, unfortunately, does not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations* due to the nature of lingerie as well as the custom aspect of every item ordered.
In the rare event you find yourself with a faulty item or a mix-up in your order, simply contact nu.be.lightwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
We will figure out the best scenario together.
Modify or cancel my order
Please reach out to as soon as you can to modify your order via E-mail. If am not yet in the process of crafting, I will be glad to make the necessary alterations.
In the same vein, cancellations* will only be accepted if your items have not yet reached production.
My package was damaged during delivery
If you received your order damaged, get in touch with the carrier and me to file a request. Just make sure to keep all the packaging and damaged items handy before reaching out.
NUBE Lightwear cannot be held responsible for any shipping mishaps such as damaged or lost items during delivery.
