Every piece that leaves my studio is a bespoke treasure, handmade just for you and tailored to your unique measurements. Given the nature of lingerie, health and hygiene are also my utmost priorities. Because of all this, NUBE Lightwear unfortunately does not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
Damages & Issues
In the rare event you find yourself with a faulty item or a mix-up in your order, don’t panic! Simply contact nu.be.lightwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Let me know your situation and we will figure out the best scenario together.

A little heads up: NUBE Lightwear cannot be held responsible for any shipping mishaps such as damaged or lost items during delivery.
If you received your order damaged, get in touch with the carrier or me to file a request. Just make sure to keep all the packaging and damaged items handy before reaching out!
