Tender set - Limited

To start, use a soft measuring tape. Standing in front of a full-length mirror can help ensure that the tape is aligned correctly. It should always remain parallel to the floor. For an optimal fit, the tape should be snug yet not overly tight.

BUST The fullest point of your chest, usually over the nipples. Make sure the tape does not tip lower at the back.

UNDERBUST Right under the bust around the rib cage: where the underwire of your bra naturally sits.

WAIST The narrowest point of your torso. Cannot find it? Lean on one side and the bending point is your waistline.

LOWER HIP The widest part of the buttocks.

Neck Where you would like the collar to land.

Top arm Around the bicep or the largest point of your top arm.

Wrist Where you would like the cuffs to sit.

Thigh The upper largest part of the thigh.

Knee Take the circumference with your knee slightly bent.

Ankle Take the circumference right above the bony bump of your ankle.

Stocking Length  Take the vertical measure from your thigh to your ankle with the leg slightly bent.

Foot Length 1.Place a ruler flat on the floor with the zero end against the wall. 2.Position your heel against the wall and point your toes forward. 3.Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe (usually the big toe or second toe).

Processing time

Please allow 1-2 business weeks (Monday to Friday) for your package to be shipped after your order confirmation, as I dedicate this time to drafting your unique pattern and crafting your lingerie.

Shipping

All orders are handled with Correos.España and include a tracking number for certified shipping.  

Note that once the package is shipped, transit delays can occure and are unfortunately not in NUBE's control. The shipping time indicated serves as an estimated delivery date, not a guaranted one.

*Canada and U.S. orders: The shipping tracker does not always relay updates with Correos until the end of the shipment but your package is safe providing a phone number.

*UK orders: Please take a look at Royal mail to keep track of your parcel with the same number provided.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. By refusing to pay import taxes on your parcel, you loose the possibility of a refund on our part.

WASH

I highly recommend hand washing your pieces with cold water. The fabric is pre-washed, but make sure to clean it separately first: as ink can remain trapped at second wash. If you want to use the washing machine, make sure to follow these golden rules:

✦ Soft liquid soap
✦ Delicate cycle
✦ Same color undergarments

*Investing in a mesh washing bag is the best way to protect your lingerie in the machine.

DRY

When it comes to micro-mesh fabric, best to avoid direct heat and tumble dryers. I recommend hanging your lingerie to dry or laying it flat to maintain its natural shape. If your delicate items become wrinkled, a garment steamer is a great solution.

Although I don't recommend using an iron, if it's essential, proceed with care. Place a cotton cloth over the fabric, adjust the iron to a low temperature, and make sure it's set to steamer mode.
