How do I measure myself?
Feel comfortable, no bra is needed ✧ Stand in front of a full length mirror ✧ Try keeping the soft measuring tape parallel to the floor ✧ The best fit is a close one without too much tension.
BUST the fullest point of your chest, usually over the nipples. Make sure the tape does not tip lower at the back.
UNDERBUST right under the bust around the rib cage: where the underwire of your bra naturally sits.
WAIST the narrowest point of your torso. Cannot find it? Lean on one side and the bending point is your waist line.
LOWER HIP the widest part of the buttocks.
Thigh the upper largest part of the thigh.
Neck where you would like the collar to land.
Top arm around the bicep or the largest point of your top arm.
Wrist where your would like the cuffs to land.
Usual bra size please indicate your Number, Letter Cup and your Country.
When will my order to be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business weeks (Monday to Friday) for your package to be shipped after your order confirmation, as I dedicate this time to drafting your unique pattern and crafting your lingerie.
How can I follow my parcel?
You can track your package here. Once the parcel has left Spain, you will be able to receive updates conveniently from your national postal carrier.
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
NUBE Lightwear, unfortunately, does not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations due to the nature of lingerie as well as the custom aspect of every item ordered.
In the rare event you find yourself with a faulty item or a mix-up in your order, simply contact nu.be.lightwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
We will figure out the best scenario together.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please reach out to nu.be.lightwear@gmail.com as soon as you can to modify your order. If am not yet in the process of crafting, I will be glad to make the necessary alterations.
In the same vein, cancellations will only be accepted if your items have not yet been created.
My package was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
If you received your order damaged, get in touch with the carrier or me to file a request. Just make sure to keep all the packaging and damaged items handy before reaching out!
