If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as some instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Damages & issues
Please review your order upon reception & contact us as soon as possible if your item is found defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
For the cases previously mentioned, we will be glad to exchange your item if returned unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
*NU‧BE Lightwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a request. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a request.
Exchange & Refunds
We follow a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after reception of your order to request an exchange.
If your item is no longer available in its original format & you prefer to wait for other releases, we propose an Online Store Credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on all articles that are customized & personalized, which means that are made for you and only you. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
If there was any notable difference in the measurements provided by yourself & the ones confirmed by our designer and therefore, your lingerie does not fit properly, we will send you another item altered with adequate measures for free.
If you are still not fully satisfied with those terms and would prefer to end your experience with us, we offer a refund. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
