Processing time

Please allow 1-2 business weeks (Monday to Friday) for your package to be shipped after your order confirmation, as I dedicate this time to drafting your unique pattern and crafting your lingerie.

Shipment

*Canada and U.S. orders: The shipping tracker does not always relay updates with Correos until the end of the shipment but your package is safe providing a phone number.

*UK orders: Royal mail sometimes fails to send you notifications, please keep track of your parcel with the same number provided.

Note that once the package is shipped, transit delays can occur and are unfortunately not in NUBE's control. The shipping time indicated serves as an estimated delivery date, not a guaranteed one.
