To start, use a soft measuring tape. Standing in front of a full-length mirror can help ensure that the tape is aligned correctly. It should always remain parallel to the floor. For an optimal fit, the tape should be snug yet not overly tight.

Measures

BUST The fullest point of your chest, usually over the nipples. Make sure the tape does not tip lower at the back.
UNDERBUST Right under the bust around the rib cage: where the underwire of your bra naturally sits.
WAIST The narrowest point of your torso. Cannot find it? Lean on one side and the bending point is your waistline.
LOWER HIP The widest part of the buttocks.
Neck Where you would like the collar to land.
Top arm Around the bicep or the largest point of your top arm.
Wrist Where you would like the cuffs to sit.
Thigh The upper largest part of the thigh.

Stockings & socks

Thigh Take the measure where you would like the stockings to sit.
Knee Take the circumference with your knee slightly bent.

Ankle Take the circumference right above the bony bump of your ankle.
Stocking Length  Take the vertical measure from your thigh to your ankle with the leg slightly bent.
Foot Length 1.Place a ruler flat on the floor with the zero end against the wall. 2.Position your heel against the wall and point your toes forward. 3.Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe (usually the big toe or second toe).
